All estimated shipping timeframes are in the product description. Items may arrive earlier or slightly later depending on the production cycle.

Order Processing & Shipping

Items that are ready to ship will be processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday unless it is a holiday. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number. 

We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for online orders or pre-orders. If you’ve placed a pre-order, you will receive your product as promised.

Orders that are incorrect/defective may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of receiving the product. Please ensure that all products are in its original state (unused, unworn, unwashed) with tags attached.

We will process the store credit within 5-7 business days of receipt and thorough inspection.

Discounted sales are final.
